Healthy Food on a Budget

This list of foods offers maximum nutritional bang for the buck$$$

dried beans
cabbage, broccoli, and carrots
ground turkey
whole chicken
bulk whole grains-oats and brown rice
quart size plain low-fat yogurt
Thin crust pizza dough, add tomato sauce, veggies, ground turkey & cheese
