Food Inventory Day

Once a month, I do a food inventory day.  I dig through my deep freeze, pantry, and fridge...I write down the items that are inside...I take time to sit down and plan meals around what I already have.  I usually purchase meat in bulk, so I almost always have meat that needs to be used.  It's a great way to cut grocery costs for that week AND use up foods that have been forgotten about!

Obviously MARvelous

  1. We're doing the same thing not only for our home, but also for our small business. Doing regular inventory is an amazing way to save money and help your family.
